SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping within the US may take approximately 5-7 business days. Shipping on orders out of the US can take up to 6-10 business days. Shipping fees, as well as taxes, will be added at the end of your checkout. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase. Processing on orders takes approximately 4-5 business days.
Franlou LLC is not responsible for ANY lost items. If you check your tracking number and the package says delivered, but you have not received it. You will have to take this up with the United States Postal Service.
